It changed hands after Mark died of lung cancer and it sat semi-abandoned in Ford Cove for a while. That was sad. I don’t know what happened next. It really was a pretty boat but they didn’t get to live on it for very long.
Mark and Cathy organized a couple of Vaudeville shows at the community hall, those were hilarious and wonderful.
Cathy is a nurse and I remember her as an amazing badminton player – she had played in the BC games I think. She seemed to be just strolling around the court and everyone else running themselves ragged.
I remember them, Cathy was a fiddler. I wonder what happened to the boat.
