It was huge, 2 1/2 to 3 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide. Was furry, like a moth, underneath. Made hissing, rasping sounds when poked.Was just under the dirt under a zucchini plant, found it when I was weeding. Turned it loose and it scuttled under the mulch. check out http://www.whatsthatbug.com
